Everyday Care
Remove your jewelry before:

• Exercising or sleeping
• Cleaning with household chemicals
• Applying perfume, hairspray, lotions, or cosmetics
• Doing activities that may cause impact or scratching
Avoid exposing your jewelry to chlorine, bleach, strong detergents, and abrasive products.
Cleaning Your Jewelry
To clean your piece at home:
Mix a small amount of mild soap with lukewarm water.
Allow the jewelry to soak for a few minutes.
Gently clean it using a very soft toothbrush.
Rinse carefully with clean lukewarm water.
Dry completely using a soft, lint-free cloth.
Do not use harsh chemicals, abrasive cloths, toothpaste, or boiling water.
Lab-Grown Diamonds and Moissanite
Lab-grown diamonds and moissanite are durable stones, but they can still collect oils, lotions, and everyday residue.
Clean them regularly using mild soap and lukewarm water to maintain their brilliance.
Avoid hitting the stone against hard surfaces, as strong impact may damage the stone or its setting.
Gold Jewelry
Store gold jewelry separately to reduce scratching.
White gold may gradually require professional replating to restore its original bright finish. This is a normal maintenance process and does not indicate a manufacturing defect.
Stone Settings
Check your jewelry regularly for loose stones, movement, or visible damage.
If you notice a loose stone or damaged setting, stop wearing the piece and contact a professional jeweler before further use.
We recommend having frequently worn rings professionally inspected approximately once a year.
Storage
Store each piece separately in its original Aura Carat box or a soft jewelry pouch.
