Our made-to-order jewelry typically requires 2–3 weeks for production, stone setting, polishing, certification, and quality inspection.

Shipping
We offer complimentary tracked DHL shipping on all orders.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may be affected by customs procedures or local carrier delays.
Customs and Import Duties
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country. These charges are not controlled by Aura Carat and are the responsibility of the customer.
